Built to last

Arborisan products are built to the highest standards from the best materials available, and will withstand many years of weather without loosing their good looks or comfort. Most of our products are available as kits, either in rough or high detail parts. Some of them are also available as partly assembled kits. Fully assembled items are also available at our factory by special order.

Rough kits

Rough kits contain all the parts needed to assemble the item. They do not include hardware and are not pre-drilled; the parts are just as they come from the cutting machines. You will need tools to sand and finish the pieces, as well as those required to do the final assembly and finishing.

High detail kits

High detail kits include all the components sanded and shaped. The hardware required to assemble each item is also included. You will need to add the edge detail, and then assemble the item. You will need a few common hand tools and of course the paint or varnish with which to create the finish you want.

Partly assembled kits

Partly assembled kits will have the major sub-assemblies completed for you. You will be able to complete the assembly in less than an hour for most items. Required hardware is provided.

All kits come with detailed and illustrated assembly instructions.
